Information submitted through forms

When a visitor submits a contact or quotation form, the website records the information provided so FINEART Technologies can respond to the enquiry. This may include name, organisation, email address, telephone number, enquiry details and any optional attachment.

Purpose

Submitted information is used to understand and respond to enquiries, quotation requests, project requirements and support-related contact. It should not be used for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis.

Storage

The project is configured to store website enquiries in a server-side SQLite database where supported, with a CSV fallback. Uploaded quotation documents are stored outside public application logic in a controlled storage directory. Production hosting should restrict direct directory access and include the storage folder in normal server backup procedures.

Security

The forms use server-side validation, CSRF protection, a spam honeypot and restricted attachment extensions. Hosting configuration, TLS/HTTPS, filesystem permissions, backups and server mail security remain deployment responsibilities.
